You will advise on safety measures, assist with investigations, train staff, and help implement corrective actions. The position is full-time and in-person with weekly pay and benefits including health insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation.
• Valid Driver License.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a big plus.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Flexible schedule, day/night hours, including weekends (if needed).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Work focused on prevention, so you must be diligent and analytical.

Responsibilities

• Advise on provisions to minimize safety risks.
• Direct accident investigation procedures.
• Keep records of safety-related incidents and propose corrective actions.
• Organize and conduct safety training plans.
• Collaborate with managers to monitor compliance and identify safety issues.
• Intervene in unsafe activities or operations.
• Coordinate safety efforts with multiple sites and personnel.
