Job summary

R+L Carriers in Wilmington, OH is seeking a Safety Compliance Administrator-DOT for a full-time, Monday–Friday shift 10:30 am–7:00 pm. You will review driver qualification paperwork for newly hired drivers and maintain current driver files, reporting to the DOT Compliance Manager.

The role also handles safety department calls and events and supports clerical tasks. Earn vacation after 90 days and enjoy benefits including Medical/Dental/Vision, 401(k) matching, and employee resort lodging.

Qualifications

• One (1) year experience in clerical support including data entry, required.
• Proven ability to work in a confidential capacity
• Demonstrated detailed organizations skills, ability to present reports in an effective way, required.
• FMCSR regulations knowledge, preferred. (Extensive training will be provided)
• Good writing skills/composing business correspondence, required.
• Good verbal skills & telephone manner, required.

The incumbent will be responsible for reviewing/processing all driver qualification paperwork for newly hired drivers. As well as maintaining and keeping track of current drivers’ files and records. In addition to other clerical tasks assigned as needed. As well as handle safety department incoming calls and events.

Candidate Requirements
