R+L Carriers in Wilmington, OH is seeking a Safety Compliance Generalist to support the DOT compliance program and driver qualifications under the DOT Compliance Manager. The role will assist with general safety administration and fill any gaps as needed. This full-time position runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work confidentially and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Assist Safety Department staff with calls and inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Primary focus in Driver Qualifications and DOT compliance administration under the DOT Compliance Manager.
• Provide general safety administration support and fill gaps as needed.
