Job summary

Integration International Inc. seeks an experienced Release Train Engineer to lead SAFe practices across programs. The role includes preparing for PI Planning, facilitating large in-person events, coaching alignment to Enterprise Strategy and cascading OKRs, and guiding teams through planned execution and continuous improvement.

The candidate will drive DevOps adoption, support business Owners in value assignment, and collaborate with multiple ARTs to optimize flow and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold SAFe RTE 6.0 certification.
• Must hold Scaled Agile Practice Consultant 6.0 certification.
• Must hold Agility Health Facilitator certification.

Responsibilities

• Help the ART Prepare for PI Planning (Logistics, ART backlog Readiness, WSJF, etc.).
• Facilitate the 2-day in-person PI planning event.
• Coach alignment to Enterprise Strategy and cascaded OKRs.
• Support PI Execution: Track progress; ART Predictability Measure; Velocity; Cycle Time; other Flow metrics.
• Promote DevOps and continuous delivery.
• Assist Business Owners in understanding their role and assigning business value.
• Coordinate planning efforts with other ARTs.
• Coach the ART: coach with powerful questions; coach Scrum Masters/Team Coaches in ART events and practices.
• Coach ART roles including system architects, product management, business owners, etc.
• Establish pull systems to optimize flow; establish ART flow measures; improve flow of value.
• Drive relentless improvement through Agility Health TeamHealth Assessments and Inspect & Adapt events.
• Promote built-in quality practices in Coach, PO syncs and Communities of Practice.
• Leverage SAFe core competency self-assessments; collaborate with Value Management Office and Lean-Agile transformation team.
• Listen to and support teams in problem identification and decision-making; create an environment of mutual influence.
• Think beyond day-to-day activities and apply systems thinking; support teams’ commitments; be open and appreciate openness.
