Job summary

Regions is seeking a Release Train Engineer to lead Agile Release Trains, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement at program level. The role requires extensive SAFe/Agile experience, strong coordination across trains, and collaboration with PMO and product stakeholders.

Onsite in major markets, with regular office days. Candidate should be able to navigate complex dependencies and lead cross-team planning to ensure value delivery and strategic alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• Ten years of experience as Release Train Engineer/Scrum Master/Product Owner/Agile PM or fourteen years with HS diploma.
• SAFe Agile certification such as RTE or Agile Practitioner preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile Release Trains (ART) and oversee multiple trains with complex scope.
• Facilitate release planning and coordinate with stakeholders and customers.
• Drive continuous improvement via agile ceremonies and metrics.
• Coach teams and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices.
• Ensure alignment with budget, governance and program objectives.
