Job summary

TechSur Solutions, LLC in the Washington DC metro area seeks an experienced Release Train Engineer to lead SAFe implementation, coordinate ART activities, and drive cross-functional delivery.

The ideal candidate has enterprise Agile transformation experience, strong planning and risk management, and a background working with government or regulated environments. You will mentor teams and report on progress to executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Agile delivery and RTE experience.
• Experience in SAFe implementation and enterprise transformation.
• Government/federal environment preferred.
• Strong risk management and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAFe transformation and assess maturity.
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams.
• Facilitate SAFe ceremonies: PI Planning, ART Sync, Scrum of Scrums.
• Coordinate multiple Agile teams and manage dependencies.
• Partner with LACE and leaders to align SAFe with goals.
• Mentor teams and ensure SAFe compliance.
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and delivery forecasts.
• Provide status reports and executive updates.
