Leidos is seeking a Release Train Engineer to lead and facilitate Agile Release Train processes for multiple projects and teams. The role includes configuring SAFe to fit the Task Order’s needs, standardizing practices, and ensuring valued delivery to the customer.

The candidate will establish PI calendars, lead PI planning events, track feature delivery, manage risks, and collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders. A Top Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 10 years of relevant experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain SCI access prior to Day One.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph post hire.
• Experience scaling agile practices and aligning development teams.
• Develops and proposes new ideas regarding processes and strategy.
• Agile Development knowledge and experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and provide leadership for successful execution.

• Facilitate PI planning readiness and PI planning events.
• Assist in tracking the execution of features and capabilities.
• Help manage risks and dependencies.
• Provide input on resourcing to address bottlenecks.
