Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead SAFe ART processes across multiple projects and teams. You will configure and tailor SAFe to the Task Order, standardizing practices and delivering valued solutions to the customer.

Responsibilities include coordinating PI calendars, facilitating PI planning, guiding risk management, dependencies, and cross-team collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders. U.S. Citizenship and TS clearance required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 10 years of relevant experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain SCI access prior to Day One. U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph post hire.
• Experience scaling agile practices and aligning development teams.
• Develops and proposes new ideas regarding processes and strategy.
• Agile Development knowledge and experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and provide leadership that drives execution.

Responsibilities

• Establish and communicate calendars for program increments (PI).
• Facilitate PI planning readiness and lead PI planning events.
• Assist in tracking the execution of features and capabilities.
• Help manage risks and dependencies.
• Provide input on resourcing to address bottlenecks.
• Facilitate estimation by teams for features and capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align strategy and execution.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication with customers and teams.
