TEKsystems in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a true Release Train Engineer to lead 10+ Agile delivery teams in a SAFe environment. The role requires PI Planning execution, ART readiness, and strong JIRA/JQL expertise to drive alignment between business and technology.

You will manage cross-team dependencies, risk, and RAID logs while coaching teams toward higher performance. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with hybrid work in Fort Mill.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading Agile software engineering teams.
• Release Train Engineer with PI Planning and ART Readiness experience.
• Expertise in JIRA and JQL.
• Knowledge of SDLC and translating technical dialogue for the business.
• Experience with risk, dependency, and release management.

Responsibilities

• Guide 10+ Agile delivery teams through SAFe practices to deliver quality software.
• Execute PI Planning events and ART readiness activities.
• Coordinate dependencies and manage risks and RAID logs.
• Facilitate Scrum of Scrums and program increments.
• Provide dashboards and status updates to leadership.
