Job summary

LiveRamp seeks a Technical Enablement Specialist in San Francisco to design and scale training for our CX teams and customers. You will learn our products thoroughly, transform content into engaging courses and deliver sessions both virtually and in person to large groups.

You will collaborate with product and engineering to ensure accurate, accessible training materials and act as a front-line resource for technical issues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience supporting customers in a SaaS environment.
• 2+ years of LiveRamp experience.
• Excellent understanding of the Ad Tech ecosystem and LiveRamp products.

Responsibilities

• Learn LiveRamp products deeply and create training materials.
• Organise content into courses, modules and sections for clear learner flow.
• Deliver interactive training sessions virtually and in person to large audiences.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and offshore teams to produce slides and e-learning materials.
• Serve as a point of contact for technical issues and customer escalations.
