Vasion, Inc. is seeking a Technical Writer to join its Technical Content team, creating and maintaining product documentation for Vasion's Intelligent Print Automation platform. Working closely with Product and Product Marketing, you'll craft online documentation and learning resources to help customers configure and use Vasion products.

This role requires hands-on understanding of product features and customer needs, plus the ability to convey knowledge clearly and precisely.

Formación

• Minimum 2–3 years of tech writing in software development.
• Associate degree in a technical field or writing.
• Understanding of client–server models, SaaS, and networks.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with senior writers and product managers on documentation planning.
• Identify gaps with Support and Technical Services to ensure accuracy.
• Produce admin-level end-user docs for SaaS delivery with release notes.
• Single-source publishing using the CMS and apply structured authoring.
• Tag topics metadata to support findability and long-term info architecture.
• Contribute to customer-facing release notes with product managers.
• Incorporate in-software help (Intercom) to guide users to new features.
• Review and update content with SMEs and senior writers.
