Vasion, Inc. is seeking a Technical Writer to join the Technical Content team within Technical Services.

You will create and maintain product documentation for our Intelligent Print Automation platform, collaborating with Product and Product Marketing to deliver online documentation and learning resources for customers configuring and using Vasion products. The role requires hands-on knowledge of product features, customer-focused clarity, and the ability to convey complex concepts precisely.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience as a tech writer in software development
• Associate degree in a technical field, analysis or technical writing
• Understanding of client-server models, SaaS, and network protocols
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail
• Ability to break down complex technical concepts clearly
• Collaborative work style with SMEs and cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with MadCap tools and in-software help systems is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with senior writers and product managers on documentation planning
• Identify documentation gaps with support and product teams
• Produce admin-level end-user docs for SaaS features and release notes
• Perform topic-based authoring and single-source publishing using CMS
• Apply structured authoring and metadata tagging for findability
• Create customer-facing release notes with product managers
• Leverage in-software help to deliver contextual guidance
• Review and update content with SMEs and senior writers
• Adhere to design/style guides for technical terminology
• Support other external-facing technical writing tasks as needed
