Job summary

Skill is seeking a remote Technical Writer to support a data intelligence SaaS project. The ideal candidate will craft precise documentation and release notes for complex B2B products, collaborating with product managers, support engineering, and the Data Quality technical writer within an Agile framework.

Key activities include documenting features, maintaining release notes, and ensuring clarity and accuracy.

Qualifications

Proven experience in technical writing for complex B2B SaaS products.
Strong understanding of data quality concepts and technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency in using GitBook and Markdown.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Project to end of year with possible extension.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand product features, functionality, and target audience.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and release notes.
Ensure documentation is accurate, well-organized, and easy to understand for users.
Work within agile sprints to deliver documentation on time and in accordance with project requirements.
Utilize GitBook and/or Markdown as documentation tools.
Proactively communicate with stakeholders to seek clarification or additional information.
Conduct documentation audits to identify areas for improvement.
