Job summary

Aquent is seeking a remote Technical Writer to support a data intelligence cloud platform project. You will craft installation procedures and release notes for complex B2B SaaS products, collaborating with product managers, support engineers, and the Data Quality technical writer in an agile environment.

Ideal candidates have proven technical writing experience for SaaS, strong data quality knowledge, excellent written and verbal communication, and proficiency with GitBook or Markdown.

Qualifications

Proven experience in technical writing for complex B2B SaaS products.
Strong understanding of data quality concepts and technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand product features, functionality, and target audience.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and release notes.
Ensure documentation is accurate, well-organized, and easy to understand for users.
Work within agile sprints to deliver documentation on time and in accordance with project requirements.
Utilize technical writing tools such as GitBook and/or Markdown.
Proactively communicate with stakeholders to seek clarification or additional information.
Conduct documentation audits to identify areas for improvement.
