Job summary

Placements AI is building the operating system for advertising. The Solutions Consulting team helps clients design and scale solutions on the Placements platform, acting as a trusted advisor throughout implementation and ongoing growth.

You will work with client stakeholders to map requirements to product capabilities, deliver tailored demonstrations, and ensure successful deployment and adoption across diverse projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on professional services or related SaaS experience.
• Experience with enterprise product implementation lifecycle.
• Ability to map business needs to technical solutions.
• SQL, data mapping, and data management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to implement solutions on Placements platform.
• Configure, demonstrate, and train users on tailored product features.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure customer success and project delivery.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and success criteria with a customer-centric mindset.
