Job summary

Placements.io seeks a Solutions Consultant to collaborate with clients' business and technology stakeholders to implement solutions on the Placements platform. You will engage across diverse projects, map requirements to system design, and ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria.

You will work with internal teams to drive customer success, act as a product advocate, and translate complex capabilities into actionable solutions for non-technical audiences; 2+ years in SaaS implementations

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Professional Services or related experience.
• Growth stage SaaS experience or management consulting preferred.
• Experience with full-cycle SaaS implementations and client stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to map business requirements to system/technical solutions.
• Admin-level experience in 1+ systems (Salesforce, Dynamics CRM, etc).
• SQL, data management and data mapping experience.
• Bonus: Python experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative recommendations based on customer requirements and ensure design meets acceptance criteria.
