Job summary

Placements AI seeks a Solutions Consultant to collaborate with client business and technology stakeholders to implement solutions on the Placements platform. You will tailor demonstrations, map requirements to technical designs, and ensure project deliverables meet acceptance criteria.

You will guide customers through implementations, train end users, and work with internal teams to ensure ongoing success and advocacy for customer needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand and present complex technical capabilities to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong business processes, process documentation, and process improvement skills.
• 2+ years of Hands-on Professional Services, Enterprise Product Implementation, Technical Business Analyst, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Data Analyst experience.
• Growth stage SaaS experience, management consulting, or technical consulting experience preferred.
• Strong experience working with client and stakeholders during full cycle SaaS implementations.
• Enterprise implementation experience in requirements gathering, solution design, product configuration, data import/export, testing and training.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients' business and technology stakeholders to implement solutions on the Placements platform.
• Provide consultative recommendations based on customer requirements.
• Configure and present tailored product demonstrations to customers throughout implementation and training.
• Work with internal teams to ensure customer success and act as a customer advocate with the product team.
