Job summary

SurveyMonkey is seeking a Sales Solutions Consultant to join our Solutions Consulting Team. You will provide pre-sales technical and strategic support, translating features into client value, delivering SaaS demos, and responding to RFPs.

You will collaborate with Product, Support, Engineering, and Sales, and help customers adopt SurveyMonkey's platform and APIs. This hybrid role requires one day per week in the Heredia office and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Sales Consultant, Sales Engineer, or similar role in SaaS.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• B2+ level English proficiency (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Translate features into client value during the sales cycle.
• Provide functional and technical expertise on SurveyMonkey platform, APIs, and Mobile SDKs.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs and security reviews.
• Advocate for customers and coordinate with Product, Support, Engineering, and Sales.
• Deliver training to improve product knowledge and demo skills.
• Develop expertise in CX landscape and competitive offerings.
