Exclaimer, a global award-winning SaaS provider, is seeking a hands-on Sales Team Lead in Boston to coach 4–5 Account Executives and own their development. You’ll drive discovery, qualification, and pipeline management while collaborating with Marketing on ABM campaigns for SMB buyers.

This player‑coach role requires energizing the team on the floor, running regular 1:1s and deal coaching, ensuring Salesforce hygiene, and delivering forecasts with both qualitative and quantitative insight.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience leading a SaaS sales team.
• Strong coaching and development focus for early-career sellers.
• Mastery of structured sales methodology: discovery, qualification, objection handling.
• Experience selling to SMB buyers and collaborating with Marketing on ABM campaigns.
