Qualifications

• You are a regular on your company’s top producer’s list with stats to back it up.
• You have mentored or led other SDRs like yourself.
• You are known for strong work ethic, focus, and dedication.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10 Sales Development Representatives.
• Drive development of sales skills including prospecting, qualification, and objection handling.
• Teach, coach and mentor the next generation of SDRs.
• Recruit, train, and coach the team in sales process and NetSuite product knowledge.
• Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the business applications.
• Present and sell a complete value proposition via telephone, internet, and in-person meetings.
