• Enjoys learning technology and translating it into prospect value.
• Curious, insightful and perceptive.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10 Sales Development Representatives delivering first engagement with potential customers.
• Drive development of sales skills: inbound/outbound prospecting, lead qualification, objection handling.
• Teach, coach and mentor the next generation of SDRs to success.
• Recruit, train and coach SDRs on sales process and NetSuite product knowledge.
• Develop solution proposals and present a complete value proposition via phone, web, and in-person meetings.
