Oracle NetSuite is seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead a team of 10 SDRs in Denver, CO. You will drive prospecting, qualification, and coaching to accelerate the early stages of the sales cycle.

Ideal candidates bring 2-3 years of SaaS/tech sales experience, a track record of top performance, and experience mentoring SDRs. This role requires in-office presence four days per week and offers opportunities to shape a growing team.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of SaaS/Technology sales experience.
• Proven track record of top performance and quota attainment.
• Experience mentoring or leading SDRs.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Sales Development Representatives for a territory/region.
• Oversee daily outbound call response and lead qualification functions.
• Create product, sales, and business function training programs.
• Coordinate marketing activities with Marketing organizations.
• Provide coaching, performance management, and career development of staff.
• Participate in the recruiting process and provide hiring recommendations to senior management.
• Manage budget and provide support to marketing and sales programs.
