Oracle NetSuite is seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead a team of 10 Sales Development Representatives. The role oversees outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and coaching to drive revenue. This position requires 2–3 years of SaaS sales experience and a proven top‑performer track record.

The role is based in Denver, CO with a commitment to be in-office 4 days per week. You will recruit, train, and mentor staff while collaborating with marketing and sales teams to craft compelling

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of SaaS/Technology business development sales experience.
• Proven track record of being among top producers.
• Mentored or led other SDRs with best practices and success.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team of Sales Development Representatives.
• Oversees outbound call response and lead qualification.
• Creates product, sales, and training programs.
• Coordinates marketing activities with Marketing teams.
• Coaches on sales processes and NetSuite product knowledge.
• Participates in recruiting and hiring recommendations; manages budget.
