Qualifications

• Experience renewing and expanding accounts in a SaaS/recurring model.
• Ability to discuss pricing, contracts, renewals, and expansions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end renewal process for assigned US accounts.
• Identify and execute upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing portfolios.
• Prepare quotes, order forms, contracts, and related docs.
• Maintain CRM data and provide renewal/forecast visibility.
