Thomson Reuters is seeking an Account Specialist to manage a US portfolio, drive renewals, and identify expansion opportunities. You’ll partner with internal teams to ensure accurate transactions and strong customer relationships throughout the lifecycle.

This role emphasizes proactive renewal management, value-based selling, and collaboration with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to meet retention and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in account management or a related customer-facing commercial role.
• Experience with SaaS, subscription, or recurring-revenue models.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end renewal process for US-based accounts.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Prepare quotes, orders, and contracts.
• Respond to pricing, billing, and contract inquiries.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and forecast information.
