This Renewal Specialist role partners with Sales, Customer Success, and Accounting to optimize renewal outcomes and expand Sonatype footprints. You will review renewal terms, discuss options with customers, prepare quotes, and ensure accurate paperwork while supporting global customers, including

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume renewal processes.
• Ability to discuss contract terms and pricing with customers.
• Proactive approach to identifying and addressing renewal risks.

Responsibilities

• Close renewals and related expansions with Sales, Customer Success, and Accounting.
• Review renewal information, usage data, and history to propose renewal options.
• Proactively identify future renewals and engage customers ahead of expiration.
• Educate customers on renewal options aligned with goals.
