Job summary

Scribe is hiring a Product Specialist in San Francisco to lead the technical setup for trials and proofs of concept, connecting clients' systems and enabling fast POC progress.

You will run admin walkthroughs, onboarding sessions, and craft guides and runbooks for the broader GTM team, acting as a product expert on calls.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in a customer-facing SaaS role, strong communication, and comfort building processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years in a customer-facing technical role at a SaaS company (pre-sales, implementation, tech support, or solutions).
• Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort working in an environment with limited documented process and helping build it while doing the work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proofs of concept to customers quickly, handling user provisioning, workspace configuration, and integration setup end to end.
• Troubleshoot configuration and access issues, escalating to the right teams for fast resolution.
• Lead admin walkthroughs and end-user onboarding sessions as a product expert on customer calls.
• Create configuration guides, troubleshooting runbooks, and documented processes for the GTM team.
