Job summary

Sapsf is seeking a Project Lead - Scrum Master to drive agile project delivery in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, facilitate ceremonies, and ensure alignment with business goals.

You will manage plans, timelines, and budgets, while promoting best practices in agile methodologies and change management across software initiatives. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

CSM certification or equivalent in agile.
Experience leading software development projects.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to drive change management in fast-paced environments.
Proficient in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
Experience with Jira, Trello, or Asana.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead project teams in the implementation of agile methodologies.
Act as a scrum master and facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Implement change management strategies to support project initiatives.
Provide guidance and support to team members on agile best practices.
Ensure timely delivery of projects with high quality standards.
