Bottomline in the United States is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex programs across Product, Technology, Customers, and Partners. You will own planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communications to ensure timely delivery and measurable outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of program experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Jira/Confluence in a fast-paced, SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of hands-on program or project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; SaaS or cloud product experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Ability to lead across matrixed, fast-paced environments.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs across cross-functional teams.
• Define program scope, success metrics, deliverables, timelines, and governance.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies with proactive mitigation plans.
• Drive operational excellence by improving processes, tools, and reporting.
• Establish governance structures and cross-functional operating rhythms.
• Communicate decisions, responsibilities, and expected outcomes clearly.
• Monitor program performance and deliver insightful reports for decision-makers.
• Facilitate retrospectives to capture lessons learned and continuous improvement.
• Support Product teams with program administration as needed.
• Organize stakeholder and product initiative meetings.
• Lead change-management activities to drive adoption of new processes and tech.
