Qualifications

• Deliver escalation services for the most complex technical, functional, and operational issues.
• Provide deep CRIMS, domain and/or infrastructure experience with advanced diagnostic abilities.
• Handle the most sensitive issues affecting the perception of CRD issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Respond to requests for technical assistance via Teams, Email with minimal travel.
• Diagnose software issues and recommend solutions.
• Analyze problems and provide training as needed.
• Work closely with engineering/QA teams to resolve issues.
• Identify and test workarounds for software deficiencies.
