Job summary

SoftPro is seeking a Product Manager to lead the vision and roadmap for our new SaaS platform for Closing, Title & Escrow software solutions. You will guide development teams, mentor product owners, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver customer-valued features.

The role can be located at our Raleigh, NC headquarters (hybrid) or fully remote with East Coast hours, reporting to the Director of Product. Travel is required to engage with customers and vendors.

Qualifications

3–5 years’ experience as a Product Owner or equivalent.
Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.
Ability to translate concepts into fully functioning solutions.
Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for the SaaS platform.
Participate in product planning and execution throughout the lifecycle.
Mentor product owners on feature prioritization and stakeholder alignment.
Design/new features with product owners and development teams and validate with customers.
Some travel is required.
Focus on Custom Development integrations with vendors and customers.
