Job summary

SoftPro is seeking a Product Manager to join our Product organization and help build our new SaaS platform for Closing, Title & Escrow software solutions. This role can be located at our Raleigh, NC headquarters (hybrid) or remote, aligned to East Coast hours. Reports to the Director of Product.

The PM will define the product vision, roadmap, and guide development teams through the lifecycle, mentoring product owners and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver customer-focused features.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a Product Owner or equivalent.
• Proven track record of defining and launching excellent products.
• Ability to translate concepts into working solutions.
• Strong problem-solving to deliver customer value.
• 3+ years of experience in agile methodologies.
• Experience with integrations is a plus (technical background).
• Excellent teamwork and cross-functional influence.
• Willingness to travel ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision and roadmap.
• Guide development teams across lifecycle.
• Mentor product owners on prioritizing features and requests.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Validate features with customers.
• Lead and manage multiple product teams as needed.
