Job summary
SoftPro, a division of Fidelity National Financial, seeks a Senior Software Engineer/Team Lead to guide design, development, and testing of our SaaS platform. You will mentor engineers, drive feature delivery, and improve performance while addressing bugs and maintaining high quality.
The role supports Raleigh, NC; remote or hybrid work options are available, with occasional travel to the Raleigh headquarters for defined events.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of hands-on software development experience with Microsoft stack.
- Experience leading a software team or project.
- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Core, and Azure environments.
- Proficiency in Angular, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Experience with microservices on Kubernetes and distributed systems.
- Extensive unit/integration testing with MSTest, NUnit, or xUnit.
- Demonstrated Agile/Scrum process experience and collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test features for the SaaS platform.
- Lead the team, mentor members, and guide technical direction.
- Address bug fixes and performance improvements in production.
- Develop tooling and practices to improve team efficiency.
- Work with Azure DevOps for task tracking and source control.
- Ensure code quality through thorough unit and integration testing.
- Collaborate in a cross-functional environment following Agile methods.
- Coordinate with nearshore/offshore teammates as needed.
- Engage with stakeholders to deliver reliable software solutions.
