Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years administering enterprise SaaS/business applications.
• 5+ years configuring workflows, dashboards, reports, automations, permissions, and system components.
• 3+ years managing software licensing/subscriptions and developing technical/user documentation.
• 3+ years in training, presentations, communication, analysis, and problem-solving.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Administer platforms including Salesforce, Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, SAS Viya, and Microsoft 365.
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, licenses, and subscriptions.
• Configure workflows, forms, dashboards, reports, templates, and automations.
• Analyze business processes and recommend tech-driven improvements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, user guides, process maps, and configuration documentation.
• Develop and deliver user training, job aids, and instructional materials.
• Support users and coordinate with vendors, technical teams, and stakeholders.
• Drive platform adoption, standardization, and continuous improvement.
