Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or higher
- 2+ years in Salesforce as power user or administrator
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong strategic thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and translate requirements into results
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Act as Salesforce administrator for Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud and related apps
- Understand data flows and integrations across enterprise apps
- Perform testing and QA of changes with team and users
- Provide day-to-day user support and SLA-based issue resolution
- Contribute to backlog refinement and user stories
- Maintain data governance, security controls and role/object configurations
- Participate in system migrations and larger IT projects
