Job summary

Relias in Morrisville, NC is seeking a Business Systems Administrator to configure and maintain Salesforce and related Enterprise SaaS applications, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and related tools such as Gainsight, Gong, and Precursive.

You will own end-to-end administration, manage data flows and integrations, test changes, provide user support, contribute to backlog refinement, and help drive platform governance and security while working in a flexible hybrid environment near

Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Administrator or higher.
• 2+ years in Salesforce as power user or administrator, with at least 1 year as an administrator.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Act as the administrator of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Understand data flows and integrations between multiple enterprise applications.
• Test and QA changes with peers and/or users.
• Provide day-to-day end user support and resolve tickets within SLAs.
• Contribute to backlog refinement with the broader team.
• Champion platform governance and data security controls.
