Qualifications

• Configuration of workflows, forms, dashboards, reports, automations, permissions.
• Licensing, subscription management, and user documentation materials development.
• Strong communication, presentation, training, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze processes and drive technology-based improvements with strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Administer business technology platforms and manage user accounts, licenses, and subscriptions.
• Configure workflows, dashboards, forms, and reports across platforms.
• Monitor usage and propose improvements to maximize platform value.
