Let’s Do This is seeking an Onboarding & Support Executive to ensure world-class onboarding and live event support for US-based event organizers. The role spans onboarding, support, implementation, and operations, coordinating with Account Management, Product, and Engineering to scale across the US.

You will be the product expert for organizers, manage requests from start to finish, troubleshoot issues, and help optimize workflows. Occasional travel to events will be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in support or operations roles, ideally in SaaS.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with support and project management tooling (Intercom, Notion, Asana, or similar)

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality support as the primary operational contact for Event Organizers.
• Manage support requests from initial investigation through resolution.
• Troubleshoot platform and workflow issues independently where possible.
• Help organizers configure event builds, registration settings, pricing, ticketing, and workflows.
• Provide hands-on support during critical build, launch, and live event phases.
• Log, triage, and communicate issues and workarounds clearly to organizers.
• Travel to selected events to provide on-ground support when required.
• Contribute to creating runbooks and self-serve resources for organizers.
