Job summary

Boardable is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to guide new customers through a successful onboarding experience. You will lead live Foundations onboarding webinars, deliver dedicated one-to-one onboarding for select services, and coordinate complex data migrations from other platforms.

As a critical early customer-facing partner, you will discover customer goals, map workflows, and surface expansion opportunities for Account Managers.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, customer success, training, project management, or a related customer-facing role.
• Experience managing multiple onboarding or implementation projects simultaneously.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills for one-to-one and one-to-many training.
• Consultative approach with discovery, active listening, and needs identification.
• Ability to map customer goals/workflows to adoption opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Guide new customers through their onboarding journey from handoff to launch.
• Deliver Foundations onboarding via live Admin and Board Member training webinars.
• Facilitate training sessions to build confidence and drive adoption.
• Provide dedicated one-to-one onboarding for customers purchasing Onboarding Services.
• Lead the six-step Onboarding Services process (kickoff, Admin Training, Board Training, etc.).
• Understand customer goals and tailor onboarding to maximize Boardable value.
• Identify additional needs and expansion opportunities and communicate to Account Managers.
• Manage multiple onboarding engagements with clear timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate data migration projects and serve as project manager between customer and Product/Engineering.
