Cloud Software Group is seeking an Events & Marketing Support specialist to manage onsite and digital event logistics, lead capture, and post-event follow-up. You will coordinate with product, sales, and industry GTM to drive registrations and engagement across regional and virtual events.

The role requires 3–5 years in marketing support or event ops, with strong social media, CRM, and data skills. Travel up to 30% is expected in support of live events and campaigns.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 3-5 years in marketing support, event coordination, social media, or sales ops (B2B SaaS).
• Hands-on with LinkedIn, X, and social scheduling tools.
• HubSpot experience required; ZoomInfo familiarity is a plus.
• Familiarity with virtual event platforms (Zoom Webinars).
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for data handling.
• Willingness to travel 20-30% for onsite events.
• High attention to detail, organization, proactive writing, and communication.

Responsabilidades

• Digital event support: manage registrations and live backend during broadcasts.
• Lead capture setup using badge scanners and digital forms for data collection.
• Pre-event promotion: social posts, emails, and toolkit distribution.
• Social media amplification: live updates and speaker highlights.
• Community engagement: monitor event-related tags and attendee activity.
• Lead list processing and CRM routing within HubSpot.
• Sales follow-up support: nudges and timely outreach with reps.
• Reporting: compile post-event metrics and ROI data.
