Job summary

Sameday seeks an Onboarding Specialist to guide new clients in Lehi, UT, ensuring a smooth transition from sale to active use of our AI Virtual Sales Agents. You will conduct onboarding calls, collect client information, set up accounts, configure workflows, and train clients on platform features to drive adoption.

You'll collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to optimize processes, tailor implementations, and document best practices, delivering an outstanding onboarding experience

Qualifications

• Experience guiding onboarding in SaaS/tech environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze metrics and drive improvements.
• Experience in customer success, implementation or account management is beneficial.
• Excellent organization and multi-project management.
• Comfort with fast-paced, evolving environments and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and ability to learn new platforms quickly.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding calls/meetings with new clients.
