Job summary

Role Description

The Onboarding Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Lehi, UT. This role is responsible for guiding new clients through the onboarding process, including understanding their business needs, configuring Sameday’s AI Virtual Sales Agents, and ensuring a smooth transition from sale to active use. Day-to-day tasks include conducting onboarding calls and meetings, collecting and organizing client information, setting up accounts, and tailoring workflows to meet client expectations. The Onboarding Specialist will train clients on platform features, document best practices, and provide early-stage support to drive adoption and satisfaction. This role collaborates closely with sales, product, and support teams to continuously improve the onboarding experience and identify opportunities for process optimization.

• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build trust and convey complex concepts clearly.
• Candidates should possess Customer Onboarding and Client Onboarding experience to guide new users through structured implementation and training.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret client needs, review performance metrics, and recommend improvements.
• Relevant experience in customer success, implementation, or account management in a SaaS or technology environment is beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, with strong organization and attention to detail.
