Job summary

PatientNow is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to guide customers through setup and configuration of our AI receptionist solution. You will manage onboarding timelines, configure integrations, train end users, and ensure a smooth transition to Customer Success.

You will work with diverse tools and platforms, collaborating with product and engineering to resolve setup issues and optimize automation performance. This role emphasizes clear communication and project management in a SaaS environment.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer success roles
Strong technical and analytical skills — able to configure and troubleshoot SaaS platforms and integrations
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with a customer-first mindset
Experience managing multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
Familiarity with CRM, scheduling, or communication tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Calendly, Twilio, Zoom, Slack, etc.)

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding from kickoff through go-live and transition to Customer Success or Support.
Configure customer accounts, settings, and integrations (scheduling tools, CRMs, VoIP, EMRs).
Manage timelines and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Deliver live and recorded training on system functionality and AI receptionist management.
Collaborate with product/engineering to troubleshoot setup issues and data mappings.
