Job summary

My Senior Health Plan is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to onboard new users, configure scheduling settings, and ensure optimal use of our proprietary platform. You will assist agents and clients with setup, training, and ongoing support to maximize platform value.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to capture feedback, build helpful training content, and continuously improve the onboarding experience for healthcare and insurance professionals relying on our SaaS tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, SaaS, or Software Implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and training for new agents and users of our SaaS platform.
• Guide customers through account setup, scheduling configurations, and platform best practices.
• Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and chat, resolving technical and user issues efficiently.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality and elevate complex issues when needed.
• Help users optimize appointment scheduling workflows and system configurations.
• Build trusted relationships with customers by providing proactive guidance and ongoing support.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to share customer feedback and improve the user experience.
• Create and maintain training materials, knowledge base articles, and process documentation.
