Job summary

BDO USA, LLP in San Francisco is seeking a Transaction Advisory Services Manager to join one of the fastest growing TAS practices in the country. You’ll manage financial, accounting and operational due diligence engagements and work with industry leaders and clients on high-stakes deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
• 5+ years public accounting or 3+ years TAS M&A experience at a mid/large firm.
• CPA, CPA candidate, or CA preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with C-level personnel.

Responsibilities

• Plans and oversees the due diligence process, applying BDO standards.
• Analyzes financial and operating results within the context of a proposed transaction.
• Conducts interviews with C-level personnel at target companies.
• Prepares the financial due diligence report highlighting key earnings and working capital issues.
• Manages relationships among BDO, client and target company.
• Supports business development and proposal development as needed.
