Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a TAS Director to lead multi-engagement financial due diligence projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes while aligning with the national TAS strategy. The role focuses on leadership, client relationship management, risk oversight, and cross-selling BDO services.

The position requires senior-level expertise in accounting, M&A diligence, and strong communication with C-suite clients. Travel to client sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance required.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads client engagement teams and ensures timely, quality delivery of services.
• Reviews deal-related issues including quality of earnings, pro-forma adjustments, working capital and debt analyses.
• Manages multiple TAS engagements (buy-side and sell-side) and mentors staff.
• Develops client relationships and pursues business development opportunities.
