Job summary

BDO USA, LLP in San Francisco seeks a Transaction Advisory Services Senior Manager to lead financial due diligence efforts for middle-market deals and coordinate with C-level executives to ensure high-quality deliverables.

You will analyze earnings quality, working capital, and forecasts, mentor TAS staff, and drive business development while upholding BDO standards of quality and client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance, required.
• Seven (7) or more years of public accounting experience, required.
• Four (4) or more years of TAS experience, preferred.
• CPA or CA, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and oversees the due diligence process, ensuring quality services and products.
• Acts as primary contact for C-level personnel during due diligence.
• Analyzes quality of earnings, working capital, forecasts, and historical earnings.
• Leads on-site/interviews with C-level personnel to gather information.
• Leads the team in identifying risks for incorporation into purchase agreements.
• Identifies resolutions to critical issues related to the M&A process.
