Figma is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to grow our existing customer base from our New York City hub or San Francisco hub. This full-time role targets a late January to February 2027 start date, with a pay transparency disclosure and comprehensive benefits.

You will communicate with accounts about Figma’s platform and pricing, close inbound requests for expansions, manage renewals and billing, and qualify inbound opportunities while collaborating with Marketing and Support teams to

Responsibilities

• Communicate with existing customer accounts through email, Zoom, and Ironclad about Figma’s platform and pricing
• Close inbound sales requests for subscription expansions, including adding products or licenses, creating new instances, and upgrading to the Enterprise Plan
• Manage inbound billing requests (such as processing renewals and changing payment term/method)
• Close targeted outbound account renewals
• Qualify and handle inbound sales requests
• Partner with Marketing to run proactive campaigns that maximize expansion/retention across all products
