Scaffold, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer to join our implementation team in Austin, TX. You will own technical onboarding and customer integrations, translating customer needs into actionable product feedback while guiding customers through early adoption.

You’ll collaborate with product and support to resolve issues, develop training materials, and build tools to make implementations faster and more configurable. This role requires strong technical acumen and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or customer success engineering.
• SaaS background preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical implementations of Scaffold for new customers.
• Configure integrations between Scaffold, builder portals, and contractor data systems.
• Collaborate with customers to understand business processes and tailor workflows.
• Translate customer needs into product feedback and improvements.
• Develop documentation, guides, and training materials.
• Develop new tools and processes to make customer implementations more consistent and configurable.
• Serve as the primary technical contact during onboarding and early adoption.
• Work closely with product and support to resolve issues and accelerate time-to-value.
