Job summary

PCMI is seeking a Project Manager to lead TruComply implementations, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and exceptional customer experiences. The role focuses on coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, gathering requirements, and maintaining strong client relationships throughout all project phases.

Bachelor’s degree required; PMP preferred. 1–2+ years in customer-facing SaaS project management, with SDLC knowledge and willingness to travel nationally and internationally up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• PMP Certified, preferred.
• 1-2+ years as a customer facing Project Manager implementing SaaS solutions.
• Experience in resource scheduling, utilization targets, budgeting, and Professional Services.
• Strong focus on customer success and relationship building.
• SDLC knowledge and understanding.

Responsibilities

• Deliver software solutions on time and on budget, track project status, and drive issue resolution.
• Lead cross-functional teams using internal and external resources.
• Build Trusted Advisor relationships with clients and apply project management best practices.
• Elicit requirements from stakeholders to define business vision and project scope.
• Ensure deliverables, schedules, milestones, and customer and project success are met.
• Maintain client satisfaction and communicate with the development team.
• Create implementation plans and manage scope, schedule, and costs.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and events as needed.
